Photocopies of the
above documents need to be sent prior to the couple’s arrival.
These documents
must be originals and shall be presented to the authorities upon
arrival in St. Lucia.
Non-English
speaking nationals require their documents translated.
Your original
documents will be returned when the license is granted.
You or your
partner must reside in St. Lucia for at least 3 working days (72hrs)
preceding your application for a license. 5 working days should
be allowed for processing paperwork.
The service may be
held Monday – Saturday except for public holidays.
Service of a
witness can be arranged at no extra cost.
Marrying in a
Commonwealth Country means that the only record of your wedding
is the Marriage Certificate.
The Marriage Certificate is given
to you on your wedding day. |
