RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
number giving accurate information i.e. name, credit card
number and expiration date.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Payment can be made with the following:

Cash

Travelers Cheques,
Bank Draft, Money Order and Wire Transfers

Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation or no show, a fee of 20% will be
charge for short stay and a 50% charge for longer periods. If
notice is not received 14 days in the winter and 7 days in
summer, prior to arrival.
All cancellations should be in writing (i.e., letter, fax or
email).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at check-in as
Damage Deposit.

Check-In Time is at 1:00 pm Check-Out Time 12 Noon |
